Turmeric Cookies – Video Recipe
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and knead until the mixture forms a dough.
- Add the chocolate chips and knead a little more until they are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dough to a clean surface.
- Take pieces slightly smaller than the size of a walnut and roll them into balls.
- Place the dough balls on a baking tray, leaving some space between each. Gently press each ball with the soft side of your palm.
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until they turn lightly golden.

- 10 grams baking powder
- 20 grams baking soda
- 600 grams powdered Sugar Masry / United Sugar fine white sugar
- 350 grams chopped Bayara / Afia walnuts.
- 350 grams milk or dark chocolate chunks

- 50 grams Yudum Turmeric enriched sunflower oil
- 100 grams Vala Krema
- 2 whole eggs
