Turmeric Cookies – Video Recipe

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and knead until the mixture forms a dough.
  • Add the chocolate chips and knead a little more until they are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the dough to a clean surface.
  • Take pieces slightly smaller than the size of a walnut and roll them into balls.
  • Place the dough balls on a baking tray, leaving some space between each. Gently press each ball with the soft side of your palm.
  • Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until they turn lightly golden.

  • 350 grams milk or dark chocolate chunks
  • 300 grams Vala Pastacılık / Margarina CK NH
  • 50 grams Yudum Turmeric enriched sunflower oil
  • 100 grams Vala Krema
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 15 grams Bayara / Afia turmeric
