Put Vala Chef and granulated sugar in the mixer and mix until you get a fluffy batter (you’ll have to scrape the bottom of the mixer a few times with a spatula). When it is fluffy enough, add the eggs one by one at low speed. Take it out of the mixer, stir in the additional ingredients.
Add 650 gr of batter to a well-greased cake mold with a diameter of 18 cm and bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 160°C oven. The recipe is for 2 molds of cake.
