Ingredients:

 

  • 325 gr Vala Pastry
  • 500 gr flour
  • 350 gr granulated sugar
  • 25 gr black poppy
  • 250 gr almond
  • 25 gr baking powder
  • 5 gr baking soda
  • 2 gr salt
  • 5 gr vanilla
  • 2 eggs

 

Instructions:

To create the dough, weigh out each ingredient in the proper order and combine them in a mixer or on a marble surface. Rest the dough for 10 minutes. Make 20 grams of rolls and arrange them on the trays that you prepared beforehand. Bake in the oven preheated to 160-170°C. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
