Ayvalik Curd Dessert

Ingredients:
- 70 gr Vala pastry
- 350 gr milk
- 350 gr Ayvalik unsalted curd cheese
- 150 gr flour
- 100 gr semolina
- 100 gr powdered sugar
- 10 gr baking powder
- 5 eggs
Syrup ingredients:
- 1 kg water
- 1 kg granulated sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions:
Boil the milk and Vala pastry margarine on the stove. Add powdered sugar, flour and semolina, stir well and let it cool. Take the dough into your mixer and add the curd cheese at slow speed. Add the baking powder and eggs one by one and run the mixer until smooth.
Put the dough you have prepared in the piping bag where you attach the threaded tip. Arrange them on the tray, leaving a bit of space between each pastry, and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. While your Ayvalik curd dessert is baking in the oven, boil your syrup and when the dessert comes out of the oven, pour your syrup over it with the help of a ladle. Serve when cool. Bon appetite.
