Beypazari Dried Cookies

Ingredients:
- 125 gr Vala Cream 125 gr Vala Baklava 100 gr Vala Pastry
- 1 kg flour
- 25 gr granulated sugar
- 15 gr salt
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 320 gr milk
- 30 gr fresh sourdough.
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients except flour in the mixer. Add the flour and knead until it reaches the consistency of dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Take 300 grams of pieces from the dough, make a stripe and let it rest for another 15 minutes. Spread it in a 60-cm long pan and apply milk on it with a brush. Leave it to raise for 20 minutes. Cut the dough to a thickness of 2 or 3 cm and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 100°C and dry for 20 minutes. Pack them after cooling. Bon appetite.
