Chocolate Soufflé

Ingredients:
- 125 gr Vala Chef
- 125 gr dark couverture (55%)
- 80 gr granulated sugar
- 40 gr flour
- 50 gr egg yolk
- 80 gr whole egg
- A little vanilla
Heat Vala Chef margarine at 60°C. Add chocolate into the heated margarine and let the chocolate melt. In another bowl, mix the sugar and egg until the sugar dissolves. Combine these two mixtures and add the flour and vanilla. After greasing the soufflé mold with Vala Chef margarine, sprinkle flour and shake it (to avoid sticking).
Take the soufflé mixture into the piping bag and squeeze it so that 2/3 of the soufflé mold is filled. Bake for 6 minutes in the oven preheated to 240°C. After it comes out of the oven, turn the mold upside down and serve it hot. Bon appetite.
