Honey & Orange Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 450 gr Vala Pastry
  • 750 gr flour
  • 400 gr granulated sugar
  • 100 gr honey
  • 25 gr baking powder
  • 50 gr powdered hazelnut
  • Zest of 1 large orange
  • A little liquid vanilla

 

Instructions:

Knead all the ingredients except honey in the dough mixer. Finally, add the honey and continue kneading. Break off pieces from the dough and roll them a little smaller than the size of a walnut, arrange them on a baking tray, leaving a bit of space between each pastry, and press them lightly. Bake in a preheated 160°C oven for 12 minutes. Serve it cold. Bon appetite.
