Salted Cookies with Tomato Paste

Ingredients
- 500 gr Vala Pastacılık
- 100 gr Vala Krema
- 1 kg Flour
- 25 gr Salt
- 50 gr Granulated Sugar
- 100 gr Tomato Paste
- 2 Eggs

Instructions
1. Knead the Dough
- In a mixer, combine Vala Pastacılık, Vala Krema, flour, salt, granulated sugar, tomato paste, and eggs.
- Knead the ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.
2. Rest the Dough
- Allow the dough to rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
3. Roll Out the Dough
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
- Roll out the dough on a marble surface using a rolling pin.
4. Brush with Egg Yolk
- Spread egg yolk over the rolled-out dough.
5. Add Toppings (Optional)
- You can add sesame or black cumin for added flavor.
6. Cut and Arrange
- Cut the dough into squares and arrange them on a baking tray.
7. Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown.
8. Serve
- Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
