Spicy Salted Cookies with Dill

Ingredients:
- 500 gr Vala Pastry
- 100 gr Vala Cream
- 1 kg flour
- 15 gr salt
- 20 gr granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 gr ground red pepper
- 5 gr powder turmeric
- 5 gr oregano
- 100 gr mild cream cheese
- 100 gr finely grated fresh or aged kasseri cheese
- A bunch of dill, finely chopped
- Egg yolk to apply on top
Instructions:
Knead all the ingredients in the dough mixer. Let the dough rest covered for 10 minutes. Roll it out half an inch thick with the help of a rolling pin and arrange on a baking tray greased with Yudum Sunflower Oil. Brush with egg. Black cumin and sesame seeds can be added if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 minutes. Bon appetite.
