Ingredients:

  • 240 gr Vala Pastry
  • 80 gr Vala Cream
  • 400 gr sponge cake and cake crumbs
  • 300 gr flour
  • 10 gr baking powder
  • 20 gr baking soda
  • 400 gr granulated sugar
  • 220 gr cracked walnuts
  • 220 gr dark chocolate chips
  • 10 gr cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • A little vanilla

Instructions:

Use a mixer to combine all the ingredients and knead them into dough. Because it stretches and cracks in the oven, roll it into a size slightly smaller than a walnut and arrange on the baking tray, leaving a bit of space between each pastry. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven heated at 170°C.
